The NYG-NYNM Annual Holiday Party will be Saturday, December 1, 2007 at
The West Point Club
All members of the NYG and the NYNM and their guests are invited
The format will be similar to the Commander’s Conference Dining Out event 24-Feb-07.
Join us for great food, camaraderie, libations,
the NYG 89th Army Band and
dancing with a great DJ.
We will kick off the evening with a cocktail hour (cash bar) 1830 hrs to 19:30 hrs
followed by dinner at 19:30 hrs.
Entrée choices will be Prime Rib or Salmon.
The price is $50.00 per person.
The New York Guard’s own 89th Army Band will perform the opening ceremony, including a rousing composition of the NY Guard March.

The Annual Brigade Holiday Party is just around the Corner…
It’s hard to believe it but the Holidays are just around the corner, and with that comes the 88th Brigades Annual Holiday Party!!
The Brigade Party has always been a hit and it is sure to be a great time this year as well. (And the more of the 9th that shows up the better it will be - since we are the fun ones - So let’s have Maximum Participation and show the rest of the Brigade how it’s done!)
USO Radio City Christmas Show - Complimentary Tickets

On November 12th, 2007 Microsoft Federal is partnering with the USO and Madison Square Garden Entertainment to honor and thank our military community this holiday season by creating a unique experience for our troops and their families by bringing them the 75th Celebration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
In addition to creating this special in-person experience, Microsoft and the USO are partnering with the Armed Forces Network to broadcast this show to viewers in 177 countries starting on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This will provide all of our troops and their families currently overseas with the opportunity to join in the fun and celebration.
The family-centric experience is designed to express appreciation and thanks for our troop communities by giving them a chance to revel in the holiday season with their families.
The 75th Celebration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular will take place at:

Prayers for the 27th BCT
The 27th Brigade Combat Team is currently deployed in Afghanistan for Operation Phoenix VII. While we support and pray for the 27th as a whole we have a special relationship with the 1/69 and the 2/108 through our work together. We have worked with the 2/108 on the CERFP task force for many years now and we not only share a home with the 1/69 but we have worked together on many occasions. These soldiers and their families are in our prayers. Check for updates on this deployment on the 27th BCT website
